Pursuant to the order dated 17th April, 2018 disclosure as required by Section 11(8) and Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is sought from the proposed learned Arbitrator. Shri R.K. Ganeriwala, Chartered Accountant, proposed Arbitrator has sent the communication dated dated 2nd May, 2018 showing his willingness to act as Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties. The proposed Arbitrator has also submitted the disclosure as required by Section 11(8) and Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Hence, the following order:
Shri R.K. Ganeriwala, Chartered Accountant is appointed as Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties.
The applicant shall deposit Rs.10,000/- (Rs.
Ten Thousand) with the Registry of this Court within
2 mca495.17 eight weeks, towards processing charges.
Rule is made absolute accordingly.
In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
