DATE : MARCH 23, 2016 This application has been filed for setting aside the judgment which was delivered by this Court on 12/01/2015. The application is pressed into service on the ground that the appellant No.1 Devidas Sitaram Gole died on 26/06/2010. If appellant No.1 had died on 26/06/2010 it was for the rest of the appellants who are all brothers of appellant No.1 to have filed an application for bringing the legal heirs of appellant No.1 on record within a prescribed period. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to allow the application. Application is therefore rejected. JUDGE JUDGE Asmita
