Though the explanation given in the application for not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court while granting interim order, cannot be accepted, looking to the nature of the controversy, the petitioners are granted time till 24th June 2019 to deposit the amount as assured by them in paragraph No.6 of the application. In addition, the petitioners shall deposit Rs.Ten Thousand for the lapse on their part in complying with the conditions imposed by this Court by the order dated 4th December 2015.

The amount shall be deposited before Labour Court, Amravati and an affidavit sworn by petitioner No.2, about compliance of this order, shall be placed on record of this petition till 5th July 2019.

The civil application is allowed in the above terms.
