None appears for the petitioners. The petitioners have remained consistently absent on the last occasion. This petition was dismissed on 07.01.2015 for want of prosecution with liberty. This Court then noted that none appeared for the petitioner. None had appeared for the petitioner on earlier dates and on 07.11.2015 as well nobody appeared for the petitioner. The repeated absence of the petitioners shows that they are not interested in the matter.

The petition is dismissed for want of prosecution, subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- to be deposited in the Office of the Government Pleader, High Court, Nagpur for the purpose of development of library therein within a period of eight weeks from the date of the order, failing which registry shall intimate the Collector, Nagpur to take steps for recovery in the cost by treating the same as arrears of land revenue.
