O R D E R

(Passed on 11.02.2023) The appellant/New India Assurance Company is present through his counsel Shri M.B. Joshi. None for the respondents. The appellant has filed Pursis stating therein that, they have already deposited 75% of the amount together with interest thereon. Out of decretal amount of Rs. 4,70,000/- and they will deposit the remaining decretal amount together with accrued interest thereon, till the date of deposit as soon as they will receive copy of this order.

In view of the fact that, the appellant is ready and willing to obey the decree passed by trial Court. The respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are given liberty to withdraw the remaining decretal amount deposited by the appellant. The respondent No.3 is formal party.
