The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 30.3.2022 passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur cancelling selection of the petitioner as 'Anganwadi Sewika'. It is the contention of the petitioner that the Chief Executive Officer has jurisdiction to cancel such appointment and that such authority is conferred only on the Project Officer. The impugned order, however, indicates that the petitioner has remedy of appeal against the said order.

In view of the aforesaid, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 30.3.2022 by filing an appeal before the Divisional Commissioner. If such appeal is preferred within a period of fifteen days from today, the same shall be entertained on merits without going into question of delay. All points raised in the writ petition are kept open.
