I have heard learned counsel Mrs. Mrunal Naik for the applicant-insurance company and learned counsel Shri R.J. Kankale for the claimants.

Learned counsel Shri R.J. Kankale vehemently opposes the present application. However, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay is hereby condoned. Office to register the first appeal. The civil application stands disposed of accordingly. FA St.No.7339/2018 1.
