The learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the application bearing APPR No.104 of 2023 was filed for stay, but the applicant has already deposited the amount of maintenance in the learned Family Court at Yavatmal and as such prayed for disposal of the application. 2.

In view of such submission, the application bearing APPR No.104 of 2023 stands disposed of.

Issue notice to the non-applicants on the main revision application for final disposal, returnable within three weeks.
