ATE : DECEMBER , 2024 The learned AGP has tendered across the bar a Government Resolution dated 03/02/2007 which is taken on record and marked as X-1 for the purpose of identification, which indicates that the upper age limit for consideration of persons, who have project affected person certificate in their favour for grant of employment in terms of the government policy is 45 years. As all the petitioners are below 45 years of age and considering the assurance given by the State on the last occasion to complete the process within a scheduled time frame, Mr.Deopujari, learned Counsel for the petitioners upon instructions makes a statement that the grievance stands redressed; considering which, the petition is disposed of in terms of GR dated 03/02/2007 and the schedule filed along with pursis dated 02/12/2024. No costs.
