This is an application for the restoration of First Appeal Stamp No. 10814 of 2023. It is pertinent to note that the application for filing a restoration of appeal was allowed, and the delay was condoned by an order dated 23.06.2025. However, on that day, no order was passed on this application; therefore, this application is listed today. Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove office objections within two weeks.
