Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent/State.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present applicant is similarly situated to the applicant in Criminal Application [ABA] No.203/16. Learned APP concedes to this position. Therefore, even this applicant will be entitled to be granted bail on the ground of parity. Hence, the order. The application is allowed and it is directed that the interim bail granted by this Court on 06.4.2016 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions with an additional condition that the applicant shall attend the police station as and when required.
