The appeal is disposed as withdrawn. Court fee be refunded to the appellant as per rules. The appellant to deposit Rs.5,000/- (Rs. Five Thousand) with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur for not taking any steps to withdraw this appeal though the matter is amicably worked out 2 years ago. The receipt showing the deposit of amount shall be produced on record of this appeal within one month.
