By filing this application, the State is praying for permission to file a charge-sheet.

This application is moved in view of the order dated 29.04.2022, whereby it was directed that the investigation may go on but Charge-sheet against the applicants shall not be filed without seeking leave of this Court. 3.

This matter is pending since 2022 and after the order dated 29.04.2022, this matter was listed only once i.e. on 02.08.2022, which shows that the applicants did not take steps or try to get the matter disposed of in three years. Because of lapse of such time, in between the investigation is complete and the charge-sheet is ready to be filed. 4.

In the circumstances, we are of the opinion that the application needs to be allowed and accordingly, it is nd.thawre

allowed.

The State is permitted to file the charge-sheet. CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APL) NO.607 OF 2022 6.

Since we have permitted the State to file the chargesheet and as the learned counsel for the applicants has expressed that his clients want to raise a challenge to the charge-sheet, we permit the applicants to withdraw the present application with liberty to file afresh, raising a challenge to the charge-sheet.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
