DATE : 10.12.2015 According to the petitioners, the respondent - Society has gone under liquidation and the Liquidator is not releasing the amounts, that were deposited by the petitioners in the said Bank. The petitioners can file appropriate proceedings for securing the dues under the provisions of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 and the Rules framed thereunder. It would not be proper for this Court to entertain the writ petition in exercise of the writ jurisdiction to consider granting the relief, sought by the petitioners. The writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs. The points raised in the petition are kept open. JUDGE JUDGE Wadkar
