At the outset, learned counsel Shri N.B.Kalwaghe for applicants submits that during pendency of the present application Investigating Officer has filed chargesheet. He, therefore, submits that applicants be granted permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of chargesheet. 2.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to applicants to file fresh application for challenging chargesheet.

It is made clear that the case of applicants was not heard by this Court on its own merits.
