The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, makes a statement that the applicant has already undergone the sentence imposed on him and he was released from jail having undergone the sentence on 11.1.2014. 2.

Learned Counsel for the applicant does not dispute the statement.

In view of the above, I make the following order.

ORDER

Criminal Revision Application No.65/2012 is disposed of in the light of the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Fees payable to the learned Counsel appointed for the applicant is quantified at Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only).
