It is not disputed that similarly situated co-accused Sarika Mahesh Pande has been released on bail on 07/01/2016. Therefore, this applicant too is required to be given the benefit of parity. The application is, therefore, allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on her furnishing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the condition that the applicant shall not indulge in similar behaviour, and also on the condition that the applicant shall regularly attend the Court dates.
