By an order dated 19/08/2014, we had disposed of the writ petition with a direction to the Municipal Council to decide the representation of the petitioner. The representation of the petitioner is decided by the Municipal Council. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said decision, the petitioner has other remedies. The civil application, as filed, is not maintainable. The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
