In view of the fact that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners have already approached the Debt Recovery Tribunal by filing an application under Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, we are not inclined to entertain this petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of. Without making any observations on the merits of the claim of the respective parties, we direct the Debt Recovery Tribunal to consider and decide the securitisation application said to have been preferred

We further direct in case any application seeking interim relief/stay has been preferred by the petitioners or if it is preferred now, the same shall be considered and decided on merits within two weeks from the date a certified copy is furnished to the Debt Recovery Tribunal.
