03] The grievance of the petitioner, who is serving as Superintendent at the Ladies Hostel, is that she has not been paid the amount of House Rent Allowance (HRA), which according to her, ought to be paid from July, 2019. Various representations in that regard have been made to respondent No.2 - Project Officer. Since, there has been no response in that regard, the present writ petition has been filed. 04] We find that the petitioner having made a request to the respondent No.2 to release the amount of HRA from July, 2019 to December, 2021, the said request can be considered by the respondent No.2 in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions. 05] Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07/12/2022 in accordance with law and after giving an opportunity of
