03] The grievance of the petitioner, who is serving as Superintendent at the Ladies Hostel, is that she has not been paid the amount of House Rent Allowance (HRA), which according to her, ought to be paid from September, 2021. Various representations in that regard have been made to respondent No.2 - Project Officer. Since, there has been no response in that regard, the present writ petition has been filed.

04] We find that the petitioner having made a request to the respondent No.2 to release the amount of HRA from September, 2021 to August, 2022, the said request can be considered by the respondent No.2 in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions. 05] Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated
