The writ petition is disposed of with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties on the following terms. (1) The respondent no.5 would give a No Objection for the appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground, in view of the undertaking that is tendered by the petitioner in the court today that after she is appointed on compassionate basis, she would pay 1⁄4th of the monthly salary to the respondent no.5.

(2) The petitioner would deposit her 1⁄4th salary in the bank account of the respondent no.5 every month after she is appointed. The petitioner would deposit the said amount within a period of five days from the receipt of the salary from the respondent nos.1 to 4. (3) The No Objection Certificate would be tendered by the respondent no.5 to the respondent nos.1 to 4 within one week and the respondent nos.1 to 4 would appoint the petitioner on compassionate basis within three weeks from the date of receipt of the No Objection Certificate from the respondent no.5.

(4) There would be no order as to costs.
