This is an application made by respondent No.2 for withdrawal of amount of compensation of Rs.5,71,224/- deposited with the Civil Judge Senior Division, Hinganghat. 3.

In view of the facts stated in the application, the respondent No. 2 is allowed to withdraw 80 % of the amount of compensation on furnishing usual undertaking. 4.

The civil application stands disposed of, accordingly.
