This appeal was partly allowed and disposed of by this Court on 25/03/2019. In pursuance thereof, the appellant was required to deposit balance amount.

By the present application, the appellant is seeking permission to deposit the amount in terms of judgment and order dated 25/03/2019, passed by this Court.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and appellant is permitted to deposit the balance amount within a period of two weeks from today.
