The applicants/respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have moved this application to permit them to withdraw the entire compensation amount, along with interest accrued thereon, deposited by the appellant in this Court. In response, learned counsel for the appellant has no objection to withdrawing 50% of the amount, along with the accrued interest. The learned counsel for the applicants acceded to the same.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. Applicants Nos. 1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount, along with interest thereon.

The Learned Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the 50% compensation amount, along with the accrued interest, proportionately to the bank account of applicants Nos. 1 and 2, as per the Award, within three weeks, on their furnishing their bank account details. The application is disposed of.
