Considering the fact that the only allegation against the present applicant is that he did not perform the duty of verifying the list and also the fact that there is no material against him on the basis of which it could be said that this applicant had played a particular role and acted completely in a dishonest manner, the application deserves to be allowed.

The application is allowed and the interim bail granted to the applicant by this Court on 06/4/2016 is hereby confirmed on the conditions that the applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required, shall cooperate with the police in the investigation and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
