Mahalle from the same village has filed F.A.No.197/2024 for enhancement of compensation arising out of similar project, same Notification and award and this Court has granted enhanced compensation by order dated 27.02.2024. Thus, the issue raised in this Appeal is covered by the said judgment/order in F.A. No.197/2024. 2.

In view of above, the application is allowed. 3.

The paper book is dispensed with.
