He has placed on record the copy of death certificate issued by the Department of Health, Dharampeth (Zone 2), Nagpur, showing that the respondent - Prakash Damwani was died on 07.10.2020. The death certificate is taken on record and it is marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification.

In this view of the matter, the appeal is abated against the respondent, and therefore, the appeal is disposed of.
