DATE : 17/11/2025 The Additional Sessions Judge, Aheri, has filed letter for extension of time for compliance of disposal of Sessions Case No.36 of 2023 (Old 58 of 2018) [State Vs.Sanjay Shendre]. Earlier the time was extended. As the Court was vacant, it was not concluded within a period of six months. It was expedited to dispose of the said case within a period of nine months.
