The first appeal is filed for enhancement of compensation.

The learned Counsel for the respondent no.1 has rightly pointed out that the applicant requires to approach the Tribunal for withdrawal of the amount, as per the award. The civil application, therefore, cannot be considered and the same is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. Needless to mention that the applicant is at liberty to move before the Tribunal for withdrawal of the amount, as per award.
