This is an application for withdrawal of amount. It is submitted that the petitioner has deposited amount of Rs.21,00,000/- before this Court as per the terms of settlement which the respondent wants to withdraw.

Shri Kothale, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to allow this application. 3.

Accordingly, the civil application is allowed and the respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.21,00,000/- deposited by the petitioner in this Court along with interest, if any, accrued thereon. 4.

The civil application is disposed of.
