We have heard Shri Parchure, learned Counsel for the petitioner for some time in support of the prayer made in the Civil Application. By drawing support from the Apex Court Judgment in the matter of State of West Bengal .vrs. M/s Chiranjilal (Mineral) Industries of Bagandih reported in AIR 2023 SC 5692, he would claim that the petition needs to be allowed, as the issue Rgd.

Order 2406caw1010.24 canvassed therein is squarely covered by the said judgment.

Learned A.G.P. submits that State is also having an arguable case.

In view of above, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the Civil Application with a direction that the present Writ Petition along with connected matters be added to final hearing board in first week of August, 2025.
