Heard learned counsel for the rival parties. Perused the record as well as the impugned order. It is clear that the allegations against the applicant in the charge-sheet pertain to rape. That being so, I am not inclined to consider the request of the applicant for grant of bail. Hence the following order:- Criminal Application No. 263 of 2015 is rejected.
