Heard.
Perused the F.I.R. and reply of the prosecution. These applicants were arrested on 16th March, 2018 and remanded to the police custody till 18th March, 2018. Thereafter, no extension of police custody remand was sought by the Investigating Officer, as a result of which, now the applicants are lodged in jail custody. So, it is clear that custodial interrogation of the applicants is no longer required. The nature of allegations made against these applicants being what it is and there being no need for any custodial interrogation of the applicants, I am of the view that the applicants deserve to be granted regular bail. The application is allowed and it is directed that the applicants be released on bail on each of them furnishing
