This is an application seeking permission to deposit Rs.25,000/- in this Court.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. This Court vide an order dated 8th March 2019 directed the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- towards the medical expenses of respondent no.2 during the pendency of the petition.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the petitioner is allowed to deposit the said amount within a period of one week. The Criminal Application is allowed and disposed of.
