When this Court expressed its noninclination to grant bail to the applicant, the learned Counsel appearing on his behalf sought permission to withdraw the Criminal Application with liberty to file afresh if within a period of 6 months the trial is not concluded.

In view of above, Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn. The applicant is permitted to approach this Court or Trial Court for grant of bail if
