The learned counsel for the appellant submits that draft for the amount of compensation directed to be deposited in this Court by order dated 04.05.2019 is ready for deposit.

Hence, the appellant is permitted to deposit the amount within one week before this Court. First Appeal St. No. 7356 of 2019 Notice was issued in this application for condonation of delay, in which the respondents (claimants) are served and they are represented through counsel. The respondent no.4, who was driver of the vehicle, is yet to be served but for considering the present application, service on the said respondent may not be necessary.
