It is the case of the petitioner that 2021 onwards the Society has applied for grant for conducting classes for 11th and 12th standards for Arts, Commerce and Science streams. Though the proposals are recommended from the ground level qua Project Officer/Additional Commissioner, it is for the State Government to take the decision in the matter.

We are informed that at present the proposal is pending consideration with the Additional Commissioner, Tribal Development. 3.

That being so, we deem it appropriate to direct the State Government and the Commissioner, Tribal Development to take the decision on the proposal of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of this order before such Authority. 4.
