The petitioner has made the following prayers : "i. Direct the Respondent No.2 Divisional Commissioner, Amravati Division, Amravati to decide the representation dtd. 22.01.2025 at ANNEXURE-E within time period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ii.

Any other relief may kindly be granted in favor of the present petitioner."

In view of the fact that now no proceeding is pending before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and the proceeding which was pending i.e. the review petition has now also been decided, this petition can be disposed of. 4.

In that view of the matter, learned AGP makes a statement that representation dated 22.01.2025 made by the petitioner will be decided by respondent No.2.

In view of the statement, the respondent No.2 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 22.01.2025 within eight weeks from the date of furnishing copy of this order to the respondent No.2.

The decision on the representation shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week from the date of the decision.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of, in the above term. No order as to costs.
