We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. In the light of communication dated 29.03.2023 issued by the Secretary of the Agriculture Produce Market Committee, Anjangaon Surji indicating dues payable by the petitioner which are disputed, we do not find that the interim relief sought by the petitioner of a direction to accept his nomination form provisionally can be granted. In case, the petitioner submits his nomination form and the same is rejected, the remedies after holding of the elections are available to the petitioner.
