This application is taken out for modification of the condition of anticipatory bail.

Vide condition (ii) in the order dated 11-6-2018, the applicant was directed to appear before the Investigating Agency every Saturday between 10-00 a.m. to 12-00 p.m.. 4.

It is not in dispute that the applicant has appeared before the Investigating Agency, as directed. 5.

The submission is that the condition be modified and it be directed that the applicant shall appear before the Investigating Agency as and when required. The submission is reasonable.

Condition (ii) of the order dated 11-6-2018 is modified and it is directed that the applicant shall appear
