First Appeal is already dismissed vide judgment dated 29/04/2019 and the original claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount. However, the Registry has raised an objection that name of the respondent No.2 which is mentioned in the appeal does not match with the documents submitted.

As per the documents, it is Wasudeo Baliramji, whereas in the appeal, it is written as Wasudeo Balaramji. So, there is only difference of 'i' and 'a'. 3.

The respondent No.2/original claimant Wasudeo Baliramji Tatte, shall file an affidavit stating that the name of his father is not Balaramji, it is Baliramji and it is inadvertently typed as Balaramji. Place this matter after one week.
