Considering the quantum of sentence imposed on the appellant and the fact that the appeal is not likely to be heard in near future, the sentence imposed on the appellant is suspended. If the custody of appellant is not required in any offence, he be released on bail on the same terms and conditions as before the Special Court. The application is allowed accordingly.
