DATED : 04/04/2019 As the non-applicant no. 8 could not be served with notice of the writ petition, this Court passed an order on 20/03/2019 directing the non-applicant nos. 2 and 3 to ensure service of notice on the non-applicant no. 8. This application is filed by the non-applicant no. 3 pointing out that though the non-applicant no. 8 was in service with the non-applicant no. 1/State, he has retired. The name and address of the non-applicant no. 8 is given in the application. The applicant - petitioner is permitted to amend the cause title and correct the name and address of the nonapplicant no. 8. The criminal application is allowed accordingly.
