C.A.F. NO. 1368 OF 2015 :

Ad-interim stay of the execution of the award on the condition that the appellants deposit 50% of the amount as awarded by the Reference Court within a period of six weeks in this Court.

On deposit of the said amount, the respondents/ claimants would be entitled to withdraw the same on furnishing an undertaking that in the event they are required to refund any amount as per the orders of this Court, they shall do so within a period prescribed by this Court.
