We have perused the order dated 28.11.2019 passed by the respondent no.1 in exercise of power under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short, the SARFAESI Act).

It appears that the order dated 28.11.2019 was an interim arrangement.

The fact remains that the application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act filed by the petitioner is not decided till this date by the said Authority.

That being so, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent no.1 to decide the application moved by the

24-WP-2381-2024.odt 2 petitioner under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.

With these directions the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
