The present application is for early hearing on the ground that appellant is a senior citizen and the issue involved in the appeal is already covered by the earlier judgment of the learned Reference Court.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, early hearing is granted.

The matter be placed for final hearing on 07/06/2023 at the end of admission board after Summer Vacation.

In the meantime, the appellant to file certified copies of the necessary documents on record for perusal of the Court.
