DATE : 24/4/2019 Heard learned Advocate Shri Joshi for the applicant. He has submitted that the complainant lodged report on 26.02.2019. On 10.02.2019, there was quarrel between complainant and applicant. Therefore, she lodged the report. Therefore, he prayed for grant for bail. 2.

Shri Dubey, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State strongly objected the present application. 3.

Investigation appears to be complete. Looking to the allegations application is allowed.

The applicant be released on bail on his executing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety of like amount on the following conditions.

(b) The applicant shall attend the trial Court on each and every date.
