DATED : 06/12/2022 The learned counsel for the appellant submits that as the charge-sheet has been filed during the pendency of the present application, on instructions, he seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file a fresh application in the trial Court. He further submits that one of the co-accused has already been released on anticipatory bail, in meantime.

Permission to withdraw the appeal is granted with liberty as prayed for.

The criminal appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
