By this contempt petition, the petitioner seeks action against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order, dated 31.8.2015 in Writ Petition No.6932/2014. Ms. Mehta, the learned Assistant Government Pleaser appearing on behalf of the respondents states, on instructions, that though there is some delay in taking action, as per the order of which the contempt is alleged, during the pendency of the contempt petition, by the order dated 4.6.2016, the order dated 31.8.2015 has been complied with. It is stated that the delay in taking appropriate action was not intentional and was due to administrative exigencies.

In view of the statement made on behalf of the respondents, we dispose of the contempt petition, with no order as to costs.
